Hey there, I am Varna
I am passionate about storytelling through visual mediums, particularly through design, art, and photography. These avenues provide me with the perfect canvas to convey my thoughts, emotions, and concepts, allowing me to create powerful narratives that captivate and inspire.
I am an Industrial Engineer who specializes in Engineering Management, a field that combines my passion for both engineering and leadership.
I worked as a faculty member in the Industrial Engineering and Management department at Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering in Bengaluru, India for four years. During this time, I became interested in Design Thinking and Research. Being a teacher has motivated me to find solutions from various angles in order to help my students understand. This experience greatly improved my problem-solving abilities.
However, my journey doesn't stop there. In recent years, I have embarked on an exploration as a user experience designer and researcher. This venture has broadened my horizons and enriched my skillset, enabling me to approach problem-solving from a holistic and user-centric perspective.
By integrating my extensive background in industrial engineering with my newfound expertise in user experience, I am well-equipped to tackle multifaceted challenges in diverse domains.
My extensive experience in Management Science and Art has provided me with a distinctive combination of analytical and creative abilities, allowing me to approach challenges from both logical and innovative perspectives.
I am committed to creating products that are not only functional but also worthy of the users' time and investment. My passion lies in going beyond the surface level and striving for excellence in every detail, from the visual appeal to seamless interaction and overall experience. By prioritizing usability and value, I aim to deliver products that users find genuinely accessible, useful, and enjoyable.
I think Creativity and Technology are an amazing pair that can create powerful solutions to improve the world we live in.
